Bulgaria, 2008, 102 min

Margarita, a Bulgarian intern in London, leaves the famous reporter Marco Matanich and joins her brother going for windsurfing trip on a Turkish island with his friends from different Balkan countries. It starts as a vacation, but unexpectedly, the wind stops.

The men, lacking their extreme mania, start fighting over the usual Balkan nationalistic issues. Marco, to prove his skills to Margarita, shoots them in a manipulative reportage. Quoted by leading media it fires a Balkan countries conflict, the friends start building “national borders” between their tents and Margarita disappears in the open sea… What works on the Balkans when the forecast works not?
